<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities and Tasks</strong></p>

<li><strong>Develop and Implement Training Materials</strong> for discipleship programmes, ensuring they align with biblical teachings and church doctrine.</li>
<li><strong>Lead Discipleship Classes</strong>, providing structured teaching to help new and existing members grow in their faith.</li>
<li><strong>Mentor New Members</strong>, guiding them through their spiritual journey and helping them integrate into church life.</li>
<li><strong>Coordinate Bible Study Groups</strong> and facilitate discussions that encourage deeper biblical understanding.</li>
<li><strong>Work Closely with Ministry Leaders</strong> to ensure discipleship efforts support the overall mission of the church.</li>
<li><strong>Train and Equip Volunteers</strong> who assist in discipleship and training programmes.</li>
