<li>Encourage a lifestyle of evangelism and service among the congregation.</li>

<h1>About This Role</h1>
<p>The primary responsibility of the Children’s Ministry Coordinator is to ensure that each encounter with the children’s ministry of House of Mercy Christian Assembly is inviting to both members and guests. The Children’s Ministry Coordinator casts vision, plans, and advocates for the faith development, safety, and discipleship of children.</p>
<h1>Primary Responsibilities and Tasks of the Children’s Ministry Coordinator</h1>
<ol>
<li>Collaborates with other members of the children’s ministry team to plan and execute a comprehensive program that includes worship, fellowship, and age-appropriate studies that guide children as they grow in</li>
<li>Lead in the creation and annual updating of safety policies and</li>
<li>Choose and provide all children’s ministry curriculum and plan, create, and implement weekly programs for</li>
<li>Regularly and intentionally communicate with parents, families, and children’s ministry leaders within the church and in our community to ensure that children have many opportunities to</li>
<li>Recruit, train, and encourage children’s ministry</li>
<li>Plan and organize an annual Vacation Bible School for the summer</li>
<li>Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in the children’s ministry in a timely and professional</li>
<li>Prepare classroom materials in a timely manner and ensure that classrooms are set up and ready for Sunday services and special</li>
<li>Oversee the schedule of children’s ministry volunteers for Sunday services and other events to ensure that all positions are covered and an adequate child to volunteer ratio is maintained.</li>

<p>The primary role of the Communications Coordinator is to tell the stories of House of Mercy Christian Assembly through various forms of media and assist in the development of effective church-wide communication. The Communications Coordinator oversees and helps facilitate an effective, comprehensive, and consistent communications strategy and manages the church’s website, social media presence, and production/distribution of print materials.</p>

<li>Oversee the design, development, and production of printed and digital materials/media including weekly bulletins, brochures, posters, signs, social media, weekend service slides,</li>
<li>Provide quality control checks for communication produced by all ministry</li>
<li>Perform regular comb-throughs of the church website for outdated/inaccurate information, broken links,</li>
<li>Collaborate with ministry directors to update and maintain accurate website</li>
<li>Coordinate all communications with the Communications Director, Production Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant to ensure consistent messaging across weekly bulletins, the website, emails, and</li>

With energetic leadership abilities, the Children’s Pastor executes current ministry programs/events and comes up with creative ideas for continuing to engage children. The Children’s Pastor also provides oversight for Sunday children’s worship services and all children’s ministry staff and volunteers.</p>
<h4>Primary Responsibilities and Tasks of the Children’s Pastor<strong> </strong></h4>
<ol>
<li>Oversee all ministry activities for children (ages birth–5 th grade), including Sunday mornings and special</li>
<li>Teaching and preaching at children’s worship</li>
<li>Choose and lead the preparation of age-appropriate curriculum for each age</li>
<li>Create programming and engaging activities for each age group that facilitate learning and encourage spiritual</li>

<p>This position currently oversees over 100 volunteers and two children’s ministry staff members (Children’s Coordinator and Children’s Ministry Assistant).</p>
<p>The Children’s Pastor participates in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual team meetings as a part of the leadership team.</p>

<p>The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a general business manager for House of Mercy Christian Assembly and is responsible for all financial, accounting, real estate, contracted benefits, and risk management activities. The CFO is responsible for advising and supporting the Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor, Campus Lead Pastors, operational executives and the Elder Board from a fiscal leadership perspective and has the opportunity to influence strategy and be involved in non- traditional activities, such as property development and acquisition.</p>
<h1>Primary Responsibilities and Tasks of the Chief Financial Officer</h1>
<p>Ensure the financial budgets are in line with the vision, values, and annual goals of House of Mercy Christian Assembly. Ensure ministries have the financial resources they need to effectively run their ministry.</p>
<p>Serve as the primary driver for coordinating and getting approval on all church budgets.</p>
<p>Manage the funds of the church to assure fiscal responsibility, balancing socially responsible investment with maximum return, and providing timely information and financial recommendations.</p>
<p>Manage all cash flow/liquidity needs and forecasting.</p>
<p>Direct all financial, project-based, and departmental accounting.</p>
<p>Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting;</p>
<p>Account for and manage the day-to-day finances of the church, coordinating the maintenance of all accounts,</p>
<p>ledgers, balance sheets, income and disbursements.</p>
<p>Coordinate all uses of facilities, building leases, and rental contracts, maximizing usage while balancing income with community use.</p>
<p>Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials.</p>
<p>Coordinate audits and proper filings to ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions. Prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements.</p>
