<p>The <strong>Missions &amp; Community Service Coordinator</strong> at House of Mercy Christian Assembly plays a crucial role in coordinating community projects, leading mission trips, and liaising with partner organisations. This position requires a committed and visionary individual who is passionate about serving communities, spreading the gospel, and developing sustainable outreach initiatives.</p>
<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities and Tasks</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Coordinate Community Projects</strong>, ensuring alignment with the church’s mission and values.</li>
<li><strong>Lead Mission Trips</strong>, organising logistics, team preparation, and spiritual engagement.</li>
<li><strong>Liaise with Partner Organisations</strong>, fostering strong relationships to enhance outreach efforts.</li>
<li><strong>Develop and Implement Outreach Strategies</strong>, addressing local and international community needs.</li>
<li><strong>Mobilise Volunteers</strong> for community service projects and mission trips.</li>
<li><strong>Facilitate Training Programmes</strong> to equip church members with the necessary skills for outreach and missions.</li>
<li><strong>Oversee Fundraising Efforts</strong> to support mission work and community service initiatives.</li>

<li>Manage and oversee all church-wide media platforms, including social media accounts and the official website.</li>
<li>Create and design high-quality visual and graphic content for online and print media.</li>
<li>Support live streaming and video production during church services, events, and special programs.</li>
<li>Develop and execute digital media campaigns that align with the church’s mission and vision.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.</li>
<li>Format media content for print, video, and web platforms, utilizing appropriate tools and resources.</li>
