<li><strong>Lead Mission Trips</strong>, organising logistics, team preparation, and spiritual engagement.</li>
<li><strong>Liaise with Partner Organisations</strong>, fostering strong relationships to enhance outreach efforts.</li>
<li><strong>Develop and Implement Outreach Strategies</strong>, addressing local and international community needs.</li>
<li><strong>Mobilise Volunteers</strong> for community service projects and mission trips.</li>

<li>Demonstrate a <strong>Christ-like attitude</strong> in all interactions with the congregation, staff, and volunteers.</li>
<li><strong>Invest and invite</strong> others to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ and participate in House of Mercy Christian Assembly programmes.</li>
